At X Athletics, we stand behind the quality of our products and appreciate your support of our mission — where passion meets opportunity. Because a portion of every purchase directly supports scholarships and future programming, we aim to keep our return process fair, simple, and sustainable.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in original condition

Tags must still be attached

Proof of purchase is required

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges based on inventory availability. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Limited drops

• Custom or special-order items

• Sale/discounted merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: info@xathletics.org

Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• Brief description of the issue

• We will make it right.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
